Hi, I’m Sasha Iyamu — Owner & Broker of Elite Realty and Insurance Services (ERIS).I was born in Nigeria and began my career in real estate in 2006 as a part-time Realtor while working a full-time job. Evenings and weekends were dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve their homeownership dreams — and that passion quickly grew into a calling.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University and have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. As my real estate career flourished, I expanded into the insurance world, earning licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health. I spent several years successfully selling and recruiting for multiple insurance firms before realizing the traditional 9-to-5 wasn’t for me. That realization led to the creation of ERIS.

I’m a licensed real estate agent in Connecticut, proudly serving both home buyers and sellers. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their dream of homeownership and am committed to delivering the highest level of service, support, and professionalism throughout every step of the real estate journey.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me spending quality time with my family or enjoying a game of pickleball.

Hi, I’m Erika Johnson, and I am the owner and broker of Elite Realty and Insurance Services (ERIS). I was born in Nigeria and started my career as a part-time realtor in 2006. I worked a full-time job and helped buyers and sellers make their housing dreams come true on the nights and weekends. I hold a BA in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University and have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. As my real estate career grew, I decided to jump into the world of insurance.

I got my property and casualty license as well as my life and health. I sold and recruited for a few different companies and things did not work out. At this point, I began to realize that a traditional 9-5 was not for me.
